Andrea
World traveler, visual creative, color lover
I am Andrea Voros, an illustrator, surface designer, and founder of the VIHIBOH brand. I design cheerful patterns and art for brands, home decor, apparel, and lifestyle accessories.
I have been commissioned by local businesses that needed help refreshing their brands and shops. I also sell my designs on Spoonflower.com, where many of my patterns and illustrations were voted up to the first 20 in the design challenges. In addition to my love for surface pattern design, I’m a proud member of Illustrators for Hire.
I am originally from Hungary and a forever traveler. I fell in love with Puerto Rico and spent 16 years on the island. From PR, I found myself in Florida, which allows me to make road trips often. Camping and traveling are my favorite things to do, which is why you can see cute animal characters in my portfolio.
I also love food and exploring local cuisine everywhere I travel. Also, while I suck at taking pictures, I love to stare at flowers, trees, and all things beautiful that nature lets us experience.
As I began my illustrator career, it was natural for me to open my sketchbook and draw my favorite dishes, drinks, and surroundings.
I’m influenced by retro textures and unusual bright color combos, which give my designs a unique vibe.

My work is full of bright colors, which I think is the influence of living in the Caribbean. I love to add a little twist in there with fun retro hand-lettering. Whimsical patterns with playful animals, flora and fauna with crisp vector drawings and added retro textures.
